Custom "peacock" dress

My client had a very specific and unique idea for this custom dress. She wanted something reminescent of a bird, with large bell sleeves. I had to incorporate elements from several patterns, and then also free-olance the overskirt which required a lot of hand-piecing the peacock lace to overlay and hand in the high-low format she wanted.
